Booth Package Details

• Booth Dimensions: 10ft X 10ft  dedicated exhibit space.

• Included Amenities:

  • 2 standard banquet tables

  • 2 chairs

  • 1 customized business / vendor name sign

 

Pricing & Registration Deadlines

• Early Bird Special: $500.00 per booth (Valid through September 15, 2026).

• Regular Rate: $600.00 per booth (Effective September 16, 2026 onwards).

Vendor Guidelines & Information

• Space Allocation: Booth assignments are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of full payment.

• Setup & Dismantle: Vendors will receive designated morning load-in hours prior to hall doors opening and must complete breakdown immediately following the event’s conclusion.

• Compliance: All displays, merchandise, and operations must remain within the assigned $10\text{ ft} \times 10\text{ ft}$ footprint and comply with standard facility and safety guidelines.​​
