Join us on stage to showcase your talent and celebrate the spirit of Bathukamma. Please review the performance guidelines and registration details below before submitting your entry.

Eligibility & Performance Guidelines

• Group Dance: Minimum of 6 participants required per group.

• Group Singing: Minimum of 4 participants required per group.

• Age Requirement: Open to performers aged 5 years and above.

• Categories: Open to all cultural and performance art categories.

• Time Limit: Maximum performance duration is 4 minutes per entry.

• Participation Limit: One entry per participant per category.

Audio & Submission Requirements

• Music Submission: A finalized, edited audio track must be submitted in advance before the event date.

• Single Group Coordinator: To ensure smooth communication, one primary group coordinator must complete the registration form and submit details on behalf of the entire team.

Event Day & Committee Policies

• Registration Fee: $10.00 per participant.

• Arrival & Check-In: All group members must report to the backstage cultural registration desk 45 to 60 minutes before their scheduled slot.

• Schedule & Slots: Performance sequences and time slots will be determined exclusively by the DTC Cultural Committee. All decisions made by the committee are final.

• Media Release: Completing this registration serves as full consent for DTC to capture, utilize, and publish event photography and videography for promotional and archival purposes.
